Choei Lavender Farm &
Naka-Furano Flower Park
Located directly across the valley from the smoking volcano, Mt. Tokachidake, this beautiful lavender and flower farm is certainly worth the visit. You can ride the ski lift up the hill over the lavender fields and look at the amazing views from this vantage point.
 
Location Naka Furano
Access The farm is 0.7km from JR Naka Furano station. It takes about 15 minutes by foot from the station. It takes about 2 minutes by car. In summer, you can ride the JR sightseeing train “Norocco-go” to Naka Furano.

There is a local bus called the “Lavender-go” which goes from Furano JR station to Asahikawa. You can get off this bus in Naka Furano JR Station and walk to the flower farm. The flower garden is about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.

It takes about 15 minutes by car from Furano. A lot of parking is available.

You can rent a bicycle at “Tateno Cycle” located near JR Naka Furano station.
Opening Hours This park has no barriers or fences and is open to the public at all times throughout the entire year.
